Открытый урок «Отношения родителей и детей».

Класс: 9

 

Цели:

Учебная: - создание условий для формирования коммуникативных умений путём ведения диалога на тему "Семейные проблемы”;

- формирование навыков монологической и диалогической речи;

- формирование навыков аудирования.

Развивающая: развитие языковой культуры как основы социализации учащихся; развитие умения работать в группах.

Воспитательная: воспитание семьянина как одной из 5 социальных ролей человека (гражданин, семьянин, труженик, потребитель, собственник) путём анализа семейных отношений.

 

Пособия: компьютер, использование программы Microsoft Power Point

 

План урока:

1. Организационный момент.

2. Фонетическая зарядка.

3. Речевая зарядка.

4. Формирование навыков аудирования.

5. Развитие навыков диалогической речи. Работа по группам.

6. Совершенствование навыков чтения.

7. Выполнение и обсуждение психологического теста.

8. Подведение итогов. Рефлексия.

 

Ход урока.

 

1. Организационный момент.

T: Good afternoon, children! I am glad to see you. Today we continue to speak about relationships between parents and children. We shall discuss family problems, know about favourite things that American parents tell their children and do a psychological test, that I hope will be interesting for you. (слайд №1,2)

 

2. Фонетическая зарядка.

(слова написаны на доске,    отрабатываются в хоровом и индивидуальном порядке)

T: Match the definitions with the words. (определения даются на компьютере (слайд №3,4)

1. To help to grow.

2. Penalty for doing wrong.

3. What there is between one thing/person/idea and another or others.

4. Intellectually and emotionally mature.

6. To put the arms round tightly to show love.

7. Shared understanding.

8. To express disagreement.

9. Failure to understand correctly.

10. The difference in ideas, feelings and interests between older and younger people, especially considered as causing lack of understanding.

 

3. Речевая зарядка.

Т.:1.Explain the following words which belong to a famous teacher Janush Korchak:

"There are no children- there are people, but with their own thoughts, their own experience, their own desires and feelings”. (слайд №5)

Т.: 2.When do children start feeling the difference in ideas and interests between them and their parents?

 

Т.: 3.Do you have problems of misunderstanding with your parents?

 

Т.: 4.Name the most common topics teenagers argue about with their parents and guardians. (слайд №6)

 

4. Формирование навыков аудирования.

Для прослушивания предлагается инсценировка диалога, подготовленная заранее.

Т.: 6.Let’s listen to the dialogue. Judy Carter is arguing with her parents. Listen to the conversation. What are five things they are arguing about? (слайд №7)

 

(going out at night, homework, clothes and appearance, coming home late, politeness).

 

Dialogue :

Mother: Where are you going, Judy?

Judy: Out.

Mother: Yes, but where?

Judy: I’m going to see some friends. Okay?

Mother: But you’ve got school tomorrow and it’s late.

Judy: It’s not late. It’s 9.30.

Mother: It’s too late to go out. And anyway, what about the story you have to write for English?

Judy: I’ve written it.

Mother: Are you sure? I don’t think you do enough for school. Well, anyway, you can’t go out like that.

Judy: Why not?

Mother: Your skirt is far too short.

Judy: Oh, okay. I’ll put my jeans on.

Mother: And you must be home by eleven.

Judy: By eleven! But mum, its 9.30 now.

Mother: Well, as I say, you’ve got school tomorrow. I had to be home by 10.When I was your age, so you’ve got nothing to complain about.

Judy: That was hundreds of years ago. Things are different now.

Mother: Don’t be rude, Judy! You mustn’t speak to your mother like that.

Go on, apologies.

Judy: Oh, okay. I’m sorry. Is that okay? Can I go now?

Mother: Yes, you can go out but remember, no later than 11 and put something else on.

Judy: Oh, okay.

 

5. Развитие навыков диалогической речи.

Т.: Make your own dialogue using favourite things that British and American parents told their children. (слайд №8,9)

(учащимся раздаются карточки, на которых написаны фразы родителей)

1. All I do is follow you around, picking up after you like some maid.

2. Am I talking to a brick wall?

3. As long as you live under my roof, you’ll do as I say.

4. Did you clean your room?

5. Don’t ask me WHY. The answer is NO!

6. Go and ask your father.

7. Go to you room think about what you did!

8. How many times do I have to tell you?

9. I can always tell when you are lying.

10. Money does not grow on trees.

11. I’ll treat you like an adult when you start acting like one.

12. I’ve told you a thousand times…

13. Leave your sister (brother) alone!

14. So if Bob’s mom let him do it? If Bob’s mom let him jump off Empire State Building, would you want me to let you do it?

15. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

 

 

6. Совершенствование навыков чтения.

T: Let’ read the results of the survey? Look at the screen.

(слайд №10, 11,12)

 

7. Выполнение психологического теста.

Учащимся раздаются листы с тестом «Are Parents Friends or Enemies?», после выполнения обсуждаются полученные результаты.

 

 

8. Подведение итогов.

1. Was it interesting for you to discuss the theme of family problems?

2. What was the most difficult for you on the lesson?

3. Would you like to continue discussing the theme of family problems?
